The cost of tech has actually increased assuming the apps are based on Google APIs. When Hail0 launched all the Google stuff was free. Now they charge fractions of cents for each places search or directions request once you exceed a reasonable free usage tier. Hence the introduction of technology fees, I guess ... although €1 far exceeds what would really be charged by Google The thing is you can't pin down how many times a client might search for an address, bearing in mind that every letter typed potentially counts as a search and every wrong turn a driver takes counts as a new directions request.... even so, it'd be nowhere near €1/job at any tier.
