I dont think many on here understand how FN "Saver" jobs work, so I'll explain it as best as I know.

It's not actually FN that take the full 25% commission, they do take 25% from our fare but then they pass on a 10% reduction of the fare price to the customer, whilst still keeping their own 15% + the Poxy Euro technology fee from the customer.
At least that is my understanding of how it works on FN Account work, Saver jobs are also available on Cash jobs and I have no idea of how they pass on the reduction to their customers if they pay by cash or debit card ??
I reckon they just trouser the whole 25% if a Saver is booked on a Cash job ??

They give 10% of our money to the punter who looks down their nose at us, have I got that right?

Yes, but the customer "looking down their nose at us" has no idea that the reduction is coming fully from the taxi drivers earnings, all they see is "Saver" in the menu and obviously just click on that option.

Charge them the full fare and give them a McDonald's Euro saver burger.

You do charge them the full fare as usual on FN account jobs, it's after the fare is processed that the Saver 25% comes off.

After you accept the job, this

rofl  rofl
rofl  rofl
 rofl rofl

 appears on your phone screen
Getting old is compulsory whilst growing up is voluntary.

Saver jobs are the same price as regular taxi jobs on the rider app. In the real world all jobs are offered to the "saver fleet" at 25% then what's not covered is offered to the non-save fleet.
If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.

So if your car is all stickered up and you have all the gold medals and wearing the uniform you get offered the jobs at a 25% fee first.
Am I missing something here ?

No thats it .There are plenty of Taxis in Cork a bigger County than Dublin so FN by Lyft are thanking drivers for promoting their service and encouraging more drivers to take out taxi licences for the Cork area or not even be licenced for Cork just be legally entitled to pick up a Cork Booking with any County Licence .

So a Lad getting a job from the City to Glenmire or Ovens or just outside the City will accept anything to get him back into the City no matter how little he gets for the Job .He thinks sure im earning .Same here in Dublin .Jobs on the outskirts being grabbed up by lads thinking sure im going back in any way .

Heading home c. 1.50 this am around The Green, up Camden ST, wall to wall yellow lights, same through Ranelagh, a reminder of bad days past. €261 net for 9 hours. I reckon that's near enough to min wage + expenses for weekend night work.
