Gonna replace them with Tap in due course anyway... I'll probably wait 'till Mrs. Catcher is back in school... ideally I only want to work a few hours per morning for the rest of the summer... I think you need to be doing 30+ hours/week to justify fixed freight.... even at the low rate it is set with Tap.

I get fuckall off them since I opted out of the 25% commission... it's only the overflow that they can't cover @ 25% which is generally shite work anyway. Obviously, my credit control dept wont allow me cover app payments for them now so there really is very little left. This week I've done two poxy €15 fares for them... hardly worth wasting my internet on to be honest.

I'd need a judgement to object to their licence and/or apply to the High Court for an examiner/receiver/liquidator to be appointed. A District Court Judgement is always the first step anyway... that gives you something to enforce in a legal context.

Cost them more in labour and coin to reply to a request from the ombudsman about your stolen purse than it would to pay you off .Go all Rumpole on them .If nothing else it will give you hours of amusement .
