@RC,Did ye drop a bullseye in the post for a share of Whistle yet?

No. I didn't hear any more about since someone posted the youtube video on here. Post seems like a strange way for a tech firm to conduct business, are ya taking the piss?
If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.

I'd need a bit more info before parting with any hard earned e.g. what distinctions and/or arrangements exist between the co-op and it's suppliers, in particular it's app provider.

I'd also expect the firm to abandon it's no PUC policy given that mytaxi is now full fare.

I wonder how many cab co's will use the "we won't charge you a PUC" to get custom back...all the while charging their drivers a 100+ per week?

So RC,will you have to change your 36% discounts mantra to a new figure with the PUC reinstated?

As far as whinging about mytaxi is concerned I'll have to retrain my typing finger to omit the discounts of up to 36% bit. I know some will argue that free waiting time is a discount but, to be fair, most passengers only take a minute or two which, IMO, is generally reasonable.

I guess we'll have to wait to see how Whistle reacts, maybe I will be able to whinge about it forcing drivers to give discounts of up to 36% when it gets up and running?
