Not too many issued in July. Is the recruitment drive still on?

August was quiet enough for new plate issues. Not many MPO fleets expanded, one for Xpert and a few for Haveez & Sons Ltd. Outside of that immigrants figure prominently in the 70 odd plates issued.

Not too many additions to the fleet in September @ c.50 - as usual a significant proportion going to immigrants.

What’s the story with TAXI DRIVER Z1112?

A couple of J badges in the never been picked up robots before. Wonder where they have been for the last few years?

Taxi Driver pops up from time to time, presumably used by NTA/TfI to test systems or such like. I guess there's plenty of plausible explanations for the Js, maybe the drivers just didn't bother registering with the app, maybe they were renting under the counter, maybe they are among the 20,000 that Joe Heron told the media had left the trade for better (paid) jobs coming back, etc... or, maybe, they're recycling badge numbers?

Also possible that they simply weren't registered any time our bots read the relevant plate data. Plates are only read once a month and, while most taxi drivers stay registered to the plate they're using continuously, they don't have to... limo drivers are more likely to use the registration system on a log in/log out basis as the cars may have several drivers, etc...

November was quite a busy month for new plate issues, c.122 WATs/WAHs... busy day today in fact with 10 passed out up to c.15:27 - as usual most going to immigrants.

WATs = 1545
WAHs = 99

This is an odd one:

   52998   WAT   ACTIVE   07/11/19   132D19313      DRYNON -

Surely there should be something after the hyphen at the end of the owner's name - fucking sloppy cunts.
