Strokeology or something

Watch out for the stroke in the next few days .The government are to bring out a new water bill in the Dail it will divert motor tax to pay for water infrastructure this bill will be passed without any debate .Now if the motor tax is going to pay for water how are they going topay for roads .Will they add on some new increase to fuel costs in the next budget .

Usual smoke screen the budget .You got to read the small print in the finance bill thats where they tell you what colour Balaclava they will be wearing as they mug you .Ross is very quiet expect Her Heighness to lose the plot FF seem to be pulling the strings so whats the use of the Inde Alliance being in Government .Leo might like a general election NOW so he might pinch and pull Rosses hair and make him cry just to force one .

They already done this in the 1970's, it's all in the relevant legislation. A portion of motor tax has been assigned to pay for water services since the 70's

And only 10% on the roads.

In 1988 road tax money was diverted to it?

They probably told the EEC that they were spending 100% on roads....so they felt sorry for us and started throwing money at us to improve the road network.
