What is mytaxi Exec?It's our latest feature that allows you to hail a fleet of executive vehicles and drivers from the mytaxi app. Every vehicle meets showroom-quality standards, and every driver delivers an exceptional level of service.
mytaxi Exec is available to all mytaxi Passengers, simply by selecting it via the in-app slider above your Pickup address – see the image below.

How much are mytaxi Exec fares?Fares for mytaxi Exec trips are calculated slightly differently to standard taxi fares.
Firstly, there is a minimum fare of €15 for every trip. The meter starts at €6, and your total fare increases by €1.25 per minute, and €0.65 per kilometre.
In summary:
Minimum fare: €15
Starting rate: €6
Per minute: €1.25
Per kilometre: €0.65
For example, if you hailed a mytaxi Exec and travelled a distance of 4km over the course of 14 minutes, your fare would break down as follows:
€6 Starting Rate
+
€2.60 (€0.65 x 4km)
+
€17.50 (€1.25 x 14)
=
€26.10 Total Fare
Where is mytaxi Exec available?As of now, mytaxi Exec is available in the Republic of Ireland only. You should be able to use mytaxi Exec provided mytaxi Exec drivers operate in your area of the country.
