Liffey yerself and Ken should meet up wearing tweed caps and sleeveless knitted ganzees and draw up a couple of chairs close to the fire and discuss the rise of the Quem and the shriveled scrotum .

John, Mr Belker lives in Cork and I live in Tallaght and Donegal. Our lives cannot bisect....I'm only in Cork every 3 or 4 yrs and the logistics are irreconcilable. Now something tells me you are stirring the shit because you are bored and are merely stroking the aul fiddle until Patrick Power opens his Clondalkin doors. Nero Erm is at it again...Frankie style.

More likely is that the long term view is to replace man altogether, and if the forum for wimmin in politics gets off the ground, we have bigger problems than Tim Arnold's scattering from the Titanic.

Had a yap with a polititianess a while back. She was bemoaning the gender imbalance in the Doyle. So I asked her where there women on the ballot papers in every constituency. Yes said she. Well then, why aren`t they elected ,says I. Too many men on the ballots says she. No, says I, the truth is women don`t vote for women because they don`t trust each other . End of yap .

It would seem that all these high ranking executives speeling us Bullshit about how the Driver is the most important cog in our industry and how 'We' do so much fer the driver is a load of Bollocks !

As soon as a better paid job comes up, even which has the intention of shafting the regular taxi driver, off they go !

Don't any Taxi driver be thinking that anyone else in Mount street has any other agenda other than money, if they (like Tim) could get a better paid job shafting drivers, then they would be gone in an instant !

Tim did a "Mo Johnson" on us, I'm disgusted !

Surprised she didn't report you for being a chauvinist and a sexist...despite the fact you were telling the truth. I poleaxed a UCD "feminist" one day when she yammered on about women being safer drivers..."science proves it", says she..."Hang on Germaine", says I....Up until 1997 72% of wimmin were insured on their husands' policies, thus showing the male principle to be at fault when she reverses car into a trolley at Superquinn. Her accent went Dalkeyesue to Fettercairnesque rapido....

Probably thought better of reporting me because the facts speak for themselves, women on the ballot weren`t elected.

The girlos get togeather and decide that big Hogan must pass a law that guarentees that 40% of names on the ballott must be women.  he is some sort of feminist icon and does it .Hogo is up in the Dail bar drinking Guinness and munching on Manhattans when Mary Lou ,Joan ,Maureen and yer one that use to work in the airport send himover a Gemmy and pep to thank him for looking after womens equality .Hogan farts scratches his bollox using his left hand deep in his slacks pocket as he is in mixed company and shoving his hand straight down the front of his Farras and readjusting his plumbs then smelling his fingers is not done in mixed company .Hogan whispers to young dev who is enjoying a glass of red wine and a packet of spuds ." jasus baby Dev yer grandad would love me for that the coomley maidend he envisaged dancing at the crossroads boiling spuds and crubeens have just thanked me for writing into law that 40 %of names on the ballott will be women but the way I look on it that means the lads will always make up the majority and tis written down but sure it will be challenged below in thr Goldmines Mc Doooool or one of the other liberal gobshites will say its unconstitutional as it dosent set out clearly if a lad with a cunt or a bird with bollox is he male or shemale ".........."Gooon Taoiseach nice blouse are you Having a Campari ?Fuck off Hogan its a Lecost summer shirt goes with me shorts  and sandals "Timmy Dooley swills his large bottle of Cider straight from the bottle belches and thinks first it was Charlie and his shirts now its this cunt and his shirts .Iwonder if that Wallace fella is on to something do voters trust a fella with a shirt anymore .

Even with a 50/50 split on the ballot, women will NOT vote for women.
Same with driverless taxis, great idea but totally unworkable.

I remember in the Dublin Central by election back in the 70s Brendan Halligan LAB won beating JIM mitchell Eileen  lamass went on RTE complaining that she was the only woman on the ballott and asked why women wont vote for women .I recall one of me mas mates saying who does that one think she is her posh hairdoo and fancy trouser suits .

I would imagine this is how the conversation went;

Mr Renault/Nissan rings Mytaxi HQ in Dooblin;
Ren/Niss; "Hello Tim, would you be interested in joining the Renault-Nissan Alliance in the New Year ?".
Tim; "No sorry, I have a job here with the Irish taxi drivers".
R/N; "We will add 50% to whatever wage packet you have at the moment".
Tim; "But haven't ye agreed a deal to develop fleets of electric driverless vehicles ?".
R/N; "Yes we have and we want you to be the person in charge of it all".
Tim; "No, I couldn't do that, it would be like turning my back on the Irish taxi drivers that I have pledged my allegiance to.
R/N; "OK so, Double wages and a nice bid pad in Paris fer you ?".
Tim; "Ah, Go wan so ! Fook the Irish taxi drivers".
