Yeah, first he wasn't in the car then he was so we know he's a lying cunt... beyond reasonable doubt, as it goes.

He'd be better taking them to court but I can understand that he probably can't be arsed for the sake of a ton and a half. However, he could add NTA to the list of bodies he complains to and/or object to the renewal of it's DO licence (DH12503 HAILO NETWORK IRELAND LTD).

I will bring your suggestion to my friend im sure it is something he will give consideration to .Interesting do Mytaxi not have a Dispatch licence is Hailo still a legal entity in Ireland ?

The contract specifies Hailo Network Ireland Ltd. I think it recently changed it's name to Mytaxi Network Ireland Ltd with CRO.
If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.

Yeah there was a G1Q CHANGE OF NAME SPECIAL RESOLUTION filed on 30/11/2017, effective 09/11/2017.

Hopefully Mytaxi will contact the driver and apologize for their ignorant interpretation of their own rules and I can scrap my complaint to Comreg on behalf of my pal. After all it is the Season of Good Will .

Now that UBER have been clearly defined as a dispatcher who has to play by the rules ,will you be working their superior app .Im sure they would never fuck about with a drivers payments and ignore their own terms and conditions like Mytaxi .Looks like Tim got wind of this judgement and abandoned ship now that we have real compitition I can see a lot of old scores being settled .NoPUC 5 minutes waiting 12% commission drivers will remember when these conditions were enforced add in having to beg for your scrub .None of that nonsense with UBER .just accept the job follow the map ,pick up the customer no waiting if their not there you get the scrub automatically .Lets see how much bonus money is available to win over drivers or retain them .

Should read, You will be working their superior App...the honeytrap offered will probably come with a 6 month contract ensuring total compliance at certain hours.

Uber's interest in Ireland doesn't extend beyond catering for it's international clients. I can't see that changing. Whistle has reportedly made significant inroads, Flag will be fully launching in the new year.... plenty of options for drivers.

Lip Hailo Mytaxi got a free run at it as we never embraced UBER  The way they treated drivers was is appalling so I would think now that we know the limitations of UBER with regard to Rideshare most if not all drivers will give it a try .If UBER came to market @8% commission Mytaxi would be wiped .Lets see how this plays out as I said probably a bonus fest to get or retain drivers and a confetti of free vouchers for travelers .Might make early next year a little profitable .
