I should have reported them a few years back...when i was an O2 customer and Three took over....i was on a €25 pm bill pay contract and without any notice they put me on their €30 pm contract,i complained via their web chat and got a cheeky little cunt, i shudda screen shot the convo and reported them to comreg.

Our kid got out of hers months ago and got to keep the phone as it was an inclusive deal .
