Do bookies still accept 'All EW' bets ?

I haven't heard that term used in many years.
If I remember correctly it was a way of avoiding
the 20% betting tax, as was Credit bets using the
'Up and Down' system.

Wouldn't avoid tax any more than any other multiple unless it was combined with some sort of  'x on y back' instruction. There's no option to do them online but I'm sure any office would take it, there's no reason why not. You might have to explain what you mean though as it's not very common. Probably about 5 years since I put one on in my local bookmakers shop, the lady who took the docket showed it to her male colleague (who was presumably more experienced) and he combined a nodding motion with a grunting sound which she seemed to interpret as affirming that he understood the instruction.

I have heard or read of this type of bet, but in all my years I have never been offered such a bet.

Back in the day when the betting tax was 20% the 'All EW' bet would avoid paying any tax on
the next named selection just the same as the old 'Up and Down' type credit bet.

Normal EW would avoid the tax on the second leg, too. EWAEW just tilts the stake in favour of the win portion.
