What is a "Goliath Combo" ?

I know that a Goliath is a permutation of 8 selections in Doubles and upwards
amounting to 247 bets in total, a total 'Mug' bet.

A 'Combo' is usually used to combine Forecasts or Tricasts in a particular event,
again a total 'Mug' bet.
