I think Feargal Quinn had been campaigning for that forever,

That's the problem with quangos,nobody will take responsibility for what could happen at EU level, somebody should be responsible for looking ahead to see what's coming down the line that could affect decisions that have financial consequences on users,they're voting today,8 days after the introduction of the new tariff which cost most drivers €161.10.
