Prebook Dispatch: Update   

Hi Stephen,

We have a really exciting update to share with you!

Improving the Prebook service has been one of the most frequently requested updates from drivers and we are delighted to say we have delivered it for you.

As you can imagine making changes to the way Prebook jobs are dispatched is an incredibly complicated process but thanks to driver feedback our tech team have been busy working on an update over the past few months.   
From your feedback we learned that:

Receiving banner alerts for Prebooks isn’t always useful.
All drivers would like the same opportunity to access available prebooks.

We have completely redeveloped the dispatch of Prebook jobs and made it a lot fairer in the process.

Removing the blue banner is all they did... and now each new prebooking comes up on screen while you are in “busy” mode... it’s still the same pecking order.

I dunno who they're listening to but it's not drivers.They made the pre-book system complicated without good reason now they're telling us it cant easily be reversed.Hopefully flag won't make the same  errors.

I can't really admit to being "Very excited", currently I'm stuck at home under Ten inches of snow, all the local shops and takeaways are closed, my Joe won't start and I have 4 packets of Hula hoops and a out of date box of weetabix to keep me going till either I get the car started or the shops reopen, and MyTaxi send me this very exciting news that the Fookin blue banner won't Fookin Pop up anymore !
