If you left a pair of boots and a jacket in a hotel when on hols just suck it up.
Never mind in a rented car that you lost the key.
Sur a replacement key could cost over a ton at least.
Prob the credit card would cover the excess up to 250.
Maybe a one or two turkeys on here would chance taking a risk collecting the boots.

He probably wanted some innocent taxi driver to sent over his case and it full of coke,or extesty tablets or something
