Did yu do any bass fishin Tony?
I used to get them down the end of dollymount wen I was a kid.... wit the peeler crab....
I only seen the mullet in the bay yesterday.... There was years wen I seen them in March and it was usually a good year then..... The water temperature is delayed this year but we gettin roasted....
I've never seen this happens before....

Yeah there's plenty of bass and smoothounds around just no mackerel, even the big blues are around which is odd as mackerel are their main food source.

You may be on to something there, Octy. I went swimming in the sea a couple of times over the last few weeks and it felt pretty cold to me. I was starting to think there's something wrong with me (apart from my chronic obesity) because all the other bathers thought it was warm. Maybe it's 'cos I don't do it regularly, only when the sun is splitting the trees and the water quality is rated "excellent".
