It’s hard to motivate yourself sometimes to go to work,never mind exercise.
I always tell my doctor that I walk to and from work every day, just a shame that work is 8 steps from the front door.

Fair play to you ratser, and Erm; think of that doting grandchild that you mind. Cut down on the beer and fizzy drinks, cut out the rolls, bread wraps etc etc and just try walking around the block or get an exercise bike(no one wants to see you in Lycra in public)

I just weighed myself now and come in at a miserable 14 and a quarter stone,
having an eating disorder is a big help in keeping the weight down !

I'm not the smallest myself coming in at an unhealthy 15st 10. I gave up the smokes a couple of years ago which has added the 10 lbs. Must start some shite myself to lose a bitta weight.
