I'm happy enough to experience what they want to share within such constraints as may be applicable, thanks Tim. Similarly, I won't ask our authorities to reopen the Magdalene Laundries to allow them experience that part of our culture.

Just as the Catholic Church has lost it's influence in the running of our country,
The muzzies are moving in ,
Planning permission has been granted for a mega mosque on the north side , you can join your  new buddies for a bit of lunch,
And learn more about a wonderful culture of female mutilation,
Underage marriage,
Three or four wife's,
Do you realize you are a kafir to them.
A infidel, non believer.
If you are non Muslim,
You are a piece of shit while they're smiling at you,

Islam is a Stone Age toxic ideology.
Has no place in our country.

The Magdalene Laundries had fuck all to do with Irish culture, you're forgetting that Christianity and Catholicism are also foreign ideologies that were imported to Ireland.

You lads may have submitted and given up hope on Ireland but thankfully there are enough Irish men like me who will bring about the change needed and which you will benefit from.

They're Dubs when they want to be... some even go "up to Dublin" to watch the games! However, given the current appetite for change in the GAA and Dublin's supremacy in football maybe it's time Fingal and South County got teams of their own?

Bailey rejected that idea way back. Who would want to see South County Dublin v Fingal in Croker...or, what sponsor would want it, more aptly?

Well I'm afraid I don't know what Irish is anymore.that was taken from me by the EU who instructed we have to admit all to our country.we lost any respect we had for ourselves when we gave away our sovereignty,in favour of greed

St Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland and Nigeria has a lot to answer for, the Christian bastard.

Indeed, MfH. We have a lot of diversity in the beautiful seaside resort town of Balbriggan, although in more recent times we're getting swamped with immigrants from Dublin! When I moved here socialising revolved around pubs and once you entered one everybody wanted to know your business. North County folk are naturally inquisitive, often described as clannish but once you're accepted into the community you're one of their own. Local culture has changed quite a lot in the last decade or two, though. There's a huge population, both immigrant and indigenous, that doesn't frequent the pubs and a lot of folk that you might not see from one end of the month to the other so the extent of the small town feeling of everybody knowing everybody else has eroded significantly, probably being largely restricted to residents of older housing schemes and the drinking classes.

I guess most adult friendships these days are formed through children, meeting other parents at schools, clubs, scouts, the beach, etc. I've had the pleasure of experiencing a variety of cultures through such friendships, something that has certainly enriched my life to some extent. Of course, not everyone is open to such integration with many (particularly older folk) genuinely opposed to multicultural experiences. In general terms, children integrate and mingle a lot more freely than adults so integration in real terms is something that will happen naturally rather than something than can or should be forced by well meaning groups and politicians.

Despite what you think, you have not experienced their culture at all. You have experienced the culture as a migrant living in Ireland under Irish law and Irish social norms, if you really want to experience their culture you have got to go and live in their home country where all of their social norms are played out in full view and without any hesitation.

So, off you go to west Africa, Pakistan, India and the middle east and come back and tell us how enriched you were from the experience.

OR you could just read "Holidays in Lagos" !

Dunno. How else could they break Dublin dominance. Give it a few years and match day will be nothing more than an exercise in triumphalism for Dublin supporters.
If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.

Kildare won the under 20's final....Meath, close to you there, won the minors. Dublin's dominance has come from abject failures of the past, Rats. I remember fans pouring bottles of piss over Tommy Lyons as he left Croker in 2009. I'd say the band is warming up for an Englebert Humperdick number soon regarding the Dubs. As that great wag of our time, Dickie Rock, remarked...."The girls were coming at me from all angles until the angles just weren't mine".

Who knows? Could be coincidence, could be something more sinister. Everyone knows Osama was a CIA asset long before the twin towers were ever attacked. Anything is possible in that murky world of war mongering and global espionage.

Reasonable answer for a passionate man...what about Benazir Bhutto's claim he was dead in 2001?

bin laden kept denying that he had anything to do with 9/11.
he suddenly started admitting he did it around the same time as these bogey video tapes started coming out with very questionable authenticity featuring an individual purporting to be him.
the bin laden family are billionnaires and in bed with the saudi royal family and a lot of them were based in america until they did a legger after 9/11 unopposed.
I wonder why they were'nt all waterboarded for a few years in guantanamo bay to give up osama bin laden's location. i wonder.
