Who will get a nomination .Higgins ,A Shinner NO ONE ELSE dont think any other candidate will get enough senators or councils to qualify .The whole cast of Dragons Den want to be the new Donald trump and Gallagher thinks we might want him this time .Sharkey thinks he is Irelands Obama .What a complete waste of money but watch the Shinners if its a two way race they will dig the dirt on Higgins and probably find more buried  than a lad with a shovel in the cabbage patch of a convent in Tuam

Sharkey may LOOK like Obama,but he is the only candidate who openly supports border controls,and looking after Irish first.none of the others would have the balls to persue such policy's Higgins is quite the opposite,he loves foreigners ,and Diversity,as he continues to enjoy multiple state pensions,and a massive salery

The only thing I like about the little bollox is,he is a strong league of Ireland soccer supporter.i remember once inviting him to dalymount to a match for the purpose of raising much needed funds for the club.his secretary general wrote back to say that the president cannot engage in such actitivy,but he would be delighted to accept an invitation to one of our upcoming matches.in fairness to him ,he did indeed attend a match about a month later

Yes, why would we want a cultured intellectual, with a track record of representing working people, and who reached the dizzy heights of the presidency from very humble beginnings, without getting a million from his oul fella. Ireland can hold it's head up internationally with this man in the chair, and not be the laughing stock of the world like America. Every yank I meet in the car is mortified because of El Trump.

You have to go back to Jim Larkin's time to proper representation of workers.any yanks I had in the car (and I've had a few) were all staunch Trump supporters.in fact one in particular told me it's a common misconception that European s have they think Donald is hated in America Yet man told me he is fukking loved by the American people

president has a nicer ring to it than prime minister.
all the foreign envoys that these power mad types would be cavorting with would presume that they are the top dog because of the president title. Irish presidents get more lolly than taoisigh which tells you a lot as well about their motivations. i believe that de valera arsehole served longer as president than taoiseach i think?
