As soon as the sex allegation surfaced, Kavanaugh should have asked for the FBI to investigate immediately .He didn`t.

For the sake of fairness etc....no FBI investigation ever led to HRC receiving any moral opprobrium either. Her emails should have seen her sunk politically long before El Trumpo ever appeared. HRC was the another bad choice in a choice of 2 in 2016.
Kavanaugh going all Trump on Dems during hearing  should be enough to bury him . If Trump can resist the urge to have a Comey moment with the FBI, it might just work out for Kavanaugh, I doubt it though. Lindsay blew his bundle too early ,removing the prosecutor from Kavanaugh`s questioning.

Regardless, Kavanaugh made a mistake going on offensive, he should have done a Gerry.

What im afraid of is,if Brett gets onto the supreme court,the republicans might feel the backlash in the November elections.
