Dont think the ECJ  will have any juristriction once the brits leave,anyway I am delighted with the ruling.at the risk of being torn a new asshole on here,I have always said that homosexuality in my opinion,is utterly repulsive,and the ban should never have being lifted.could this ruling be the start of common sense beginning to prevail ?

Maybe. Think because the Brits enshrined all the E.U. statutes into their constitution that devolution might kick in at some stage legally. There's some reason the DUP won't go back in with the Tyrone Bagpuss...I can't quite figure it but, it has something to do with constitutional law anyway. All I can say is the do-gooders have loads of money and they can hire the best lawyers anywhere....The E.C.H.R. is an option for them either way. 

Brexit was always a sideshow, Dalyer....if I'm wrong, I'll bake the cake meself for Adam and Steve..

Don't know....Lip is a well rounded,man of the world!!


That bakery was targetted.....plenty of other bakeries would have taken the job...so why not just go to them...did they get another bakery to do the cake in time for the wedding...or did they cancel the wedding after they contacted their brief?
