No one knows what the true cost of running the Park.
It's estimated at over 30 million euros.
That money would go a long way in our hospitals.
We cannot afford to waste this money on this farce.
Close the park money pit until we sort out the list of urgent problems in the country.

I watched the Great British Bake Off followed by Celebrity Hunted for SU2C on one of the English channels. Dunno why Michael D would lower himself to debate with gobshites who have less than no support.

Most people don't see a problem with travellers, perhaps they should try driving a taxi or operating a small retail business for a short time. It was disgusting to see the traveller woman given an audience with the Pope to complain about lack of rights yet the majority of the public were too busy praising the traveller kid that got a "selfie" with his holiness - a selfie is a photograph of oneself with or without others taken with one's own telephone. Of course, nobody commented on the fact that an RTE news follow up story showed the same kid in a bricks and mortar house paid for by you and me yet you and me have two hopes of getting a council house... oh how they suffer!

the jippo heads that tell you that they're travellers are always, always, always gameball.
the ones that talk jibberish to you and incessantly fuck with the seat, window and radio are always, always, always filth of the highest calibre.

I don't dispute that there are decent travellers. As i've said before I dealt with a lot of them when I worked for C2K and never had any problems, either because they were regular customers who didn't want to dirty their bib so to speak or because they were genuinely civilised individuals. We even had one working with us in C2K and I'd be the first to admit that you couldn't meet a nicer bloke.
However, there's no getting away from the fact that there is a disproportionate amount of scum in their number compared to settled folk. You'd struggle to find a taximan or other sole trader who hasn't been on the receiving end of their "cultural" tendency to steal, abuse and intimidate. Similarly you wouldn't get any medals for spotting the gaffs they inhabit within council/private housing schemes.

Casey was at 2%
The bookies had him as 100 to 1
But since his traveller comments
The bookies now have him at 2 to 1.
Bookie scum are seldom wrong.

Dunno what bookies you're looking at SC but plenty of 28/1 available on Betfair with punters asking for 49/1.

All my passengers are travellers.
Although when you say that to Blackrock residents they tend to get a bit uppity!
