Not one of your better posts Occi Your usually more intelligent and considered ..The problem we have is we have a Government that dosent realize we are a Sovreign State .Why did they take the EUs side against GB .The EU punished us over the Banks and Now the Brits will Punish us .If I was British home secretary I would stop every single truck entering Britain from the Republic and destroy our economy as a reward for the way Ireland played their Brexit hand .You hear Trump going on about a wall ,we have a wall between us and the rest of Europe its called the Island of GB .How the fuck did it make sense for Ireland to take sides in this argument .Our best option was to simply say we trust both the UK and EU to sort this out among themselves and then when the deal was done we could agree or vote it down .The real danger is that the Gay Foreigner is forced to backtrack on the backstop as now after Coveney and Ross got caught saying there will be a hard border after brexit the reason for the backstop no longer exists .
