Making a gangster film out of putting a taxi on the road, what’s the transition window been for your new wanked out family hatchback? Once bought a shitebox on a Monday night off the DoneDeal and was robbing clients on the Friday afternoon in same shitebox as a fully compliant taxi.

Jeez Hal, I'm not a fucking robot. I popped into the depot to make sure my licence didn't sit on the pending list for a few days - woulda expired tomorrow - and to grab a free cup of coffee as I was up above in Dublin anyway. Ballymun for the LRA and Queen St for the motor tax.

Bought the motor on 10th, Panel. Didn't get an insurance cert and disc from Liberty until the 16th by which time I'd renewed with axa from 21st.
If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.

You're getting a pair of Rubber Mats for your news Skoda?

I'd consider that a fair swap! 8)
Happy Motoring.

Yeah, ready to roll now... might go to work tonight! No bother, I was going to ring you for Bill's number (as you didn't answer my text!) but I figured you'd probably be asleep and as I was only a few minutes from the depot it was as easy (and cheaper) to call in... the lad in the depot done the whole lot in less than a minute anyway... bumped into Bill on the way out as it goes.

Thanks. I'll have to do some work over the weekend... I've been handing out used notes left, right and centre for licence fees, tests, meter fitting, bandages, etc, etc, etc... all because of that mean and nasty lady, Kathleen Doyle, and her fucking 9 year rule.
