Pasteurisation causes all the problems.......allergies. The real hardy bucks drink it straight from the cow like they do from their Mammies. Most Soy Beans are genetically modified......wake up some morning with an extra gonad or beside a woman with an Adam's apple.

That's nuts, Octy.

Strange that your Lidl is selling Republican milk, Vikkiz. Mine says "UK NI 224 M EC" in the little circle. I think it's the only brand they stock in the beautiful seaside resort town of Balbriggan. It does say "100% IRISH MILK" on the label which carries the brand name of Coolree Creamery - produced by Strathroy Dairy Ltd, Mountjoy East, Omagh, Co. Tyrone, BT79 7JD. - anywaysanall, it's good milk and not overpriced either.

Strathroy import most of their milk from Donegal farmers.....most of them not tending sheep are indeed Protestants. The hills and shit land tend to be shepherded by drunken Donegal men with bad teeth and huge feet.

Makes sense, LL. While there's no mention of Donegal on the label it does say "produced in Northern Ireland using Irish Milk"... hopefully Strathroy will find a way around any restrictions Brexit may impose on their exports to the Republic. I'm not going up to Sainsburys twice a week for me fucking milk!

Hasn't gone away you know........Asda bought Sainsbury's keeping the Sainsbury's logo to keep the upper-lower classes content. They are rumoured to be eyeing up a site off the M50 somewhere. Warren Buffet's young fellow was seen out around the Cavan/Blanch exit. I can see them buying Dunnes out very soon.........3rd attempt.

With the Sainsbury's influence they might do the deal this time. I know they had a huge issue with sharing anchor tenancies during at least one of their last attempts. They were focussed on the Walmart town killer model back then... ironically, one that has worked to some extent for Tesco Ireland in the interim.

Heffernan's held out this long..........can't see them wanting Cornelscourt though........fancy sub-let franchises everywhere.....12 lids for 2 good quality steak and kidney pies. Got caught that day..........3 nightdresses and 2 pairs of joggers for the same price.

The plot thickens... but not necessarily the milk. I was up above in Dublin last night for a pint (not milk) with a colleague/competitor. Had a look in the fridge I woke up to and there was two 3L plastic containers of milk, one nearly empty... both light or semi-skimmed shite.

Anywaysanall the first was Strathroy (in it's own name) with an address in Dublin 11 but despite the Guaranteed Irish logo on the container it clearly states "UK NI224M EC" in the now familiar oval mark. The second was from Aldi and carried the brand name Clonbawn with a similar 100% Irsh Milk logo as that used by Lidl. Again the small print is similar to Lidl's i.e. "produced in Northern Ireland using Irish Milk" but there's no address for the dairy, just says produced specially for Aldi Stores (Ireland) Ltd....

Strathroy and Lacpatrick are the 2 biggies for Fenian cows in N.I. One was called Lecpatrick until a local D.U.P. elected official complained because it was construed as very "Irish"...sounded almost like "Mick" when the Ads were out...I kid you not.

No, I stayed in my parents' gaff, Hal.

I'll get the other one I like from McLoughlin's this afternoon as I'm running low, can't wait to see where it's produced...
