What the fuck is the Gay Foreigner and the muppetts including his Bugger Buddie Martin up to .According to EU law if the cost of the ORIGINAL tender price for the hospital is increased by more than 50% then the tender has to be reopened to other companies .Anybody getting the stench of another Tribunal and court cases where companies who were the underbidders for the Childrens hospital contract will sue fuck out of the Government and claim they could of done it cheaper and better and claim loss of earnings . Then to add insult to our stupidity the accounting company that are going to look into the over run in costs were the main contractors accountants .TIME TO GET A GUN .

Due to the burglary in Rialto other departments are being asked to cut back on their spending .I wonder if Transport will cut the WAT and Electric Vehicle grants ?

Its a  blot on democracy  FF wont bring them down because they know Brexit will destroy FG but by that time the country will be destroyed  .We voted for the Fiscal treaty if the government are spending on new building and refurbing the Dail then there is very little left for Dole ,Pensions ,Schools and we cannot borrow because of the FiscalTreaty .If your relying on the state for an old age pension and a medical card you are fucked .Barristers are going to make hundreds of millions in fees when they enquire into this Mess .You know its hard to stomach this scam when Michael Lowery actually turns up in the Dailto ask what the fuck is going on .

Fair play to you, JohnM, for maintaining your outrage over all these years.  I tend to laugh at these things now.  BTW, the Dail refurb is going over-budget as well  oops

I think it was you who said, 'this republic is not even a banana.'

The world-famous buildings that cost the same (or were cheaper) to build than the new National Children's Hospital

The Shard, London - €497 million

Burj Khalifa, Dubai - €1.7 billion

Wembley Stadium, England - €1.5 billion

Palazzo Hotel, Las Vegas - €1.7 billion

Royal Adelaide Hospital, south Australia - €1.5 billion

Seat of the European Central Bank, Frankfurt - €1.4 billion

Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur - €1.4 billion

Get that this Childrens Hospital is dam expensive but its unfair to compare it to the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumper, they were built in 1998 so you'd have to calculate for 21 years of construction inflation on top of that.

Fine buildings there are too, shame you can't get to the top of them. Once saw Michael Schmacher in his Formula 1 Ferrari doing doughnuts at the base of them during the week the 99 Grand Prix, it was some sight. Sad the way Schumi has ended up, he was some ballsy driver in his day.

I read theres a hospital in Stockholm that was recently built that has twice the beds for half the price of our white elephant, now thats a fair comparison.

They're probably working on dates for the tribunal of enquiry.

Here is what they dont tell you ,most government contracts have a line .If there are any delays due to protest or diversion the contract reverts to Daily ,weekly .Monthly rates .So any big contract you pitch low as in a Dutch Auction then when you get the contract you get your mate to object to the planning any objection you might even object to the construction traffic this constitutes a protest and changes the contract due to unforseen circumstances that the contractor could not forsee .
