Eye sight

Noticed that the vision in my right eye is deteroating  put that down to years of welding and old age . I picked up eye Doctor last night who  aske if I had any vision problems in my right eye I said I did  .I have my phone in a holder on the windscreen to my right .He said the artificial light from the screen when the app is constantly open can damage the lenz of your eye especially if you have it very bright .

My eyes have deteriorated too. Optometrist in private clinic told me it was LED lights everywhere causing the problem. He reckoned when Audi introduced them the health gurus went up in arms in 2011...........now they're industry standard. All my light-bulbs in the gaff are Halogen.

Fuk sake yis spend 50+ hours a week looking at various screens and yis are a decade and a bit away from the pension.What do yis expect?Turn on the blue light filter on yer mobiles for starters.

My eyesight is still alright and I'm always looking at some sort of screen since I was a kid.Old age brings shit eyes to most.

I got the impression from him it was more to do with the light shining on one eye more than the other .He wasent giving free medical advise Im sure he has that conversation with all taxi drivers to try and drum up a bit of business .Although there is a noticeable difference in my sight vanity aside I even started to wear my glasses in the house watching television .

Artritis or rhumatism will do wionders for your vision .

I don't know to be honest, CB... it could be the screens, I guess... phones, computers, TVs, etc... but then they sometimes go hand in hand (or penis in hand) with masturbation.

Yeah, I probably should get tested again. I got a full range of blood tests a few years back and the doc had some concern about a few things being close to the desired limits but ruled out any serious issues provided I lose some weight. I eventually lost a little over a stone to get comfortably under 17 stone... I did set a target of 15 stone by last Christmas but that didn't happen. I reckon I'll get back to it when the weather picks up and I can do a bit more hard labour in the garden.

Bean fat  kills..... It rots everything....
And makes you blind....clogs your arteries to the optic nerves and your willy..... So the fatter you get the less likely you are to be able to play with yourself and therefore your eyesight gets better after a while....
