A very likely scenario!
As has already been established,you can put on your meter as soon as you arrive for a booking,so if this mythical annoying punter kept you waiting half an hour,you'd be €15 odd up before you left the airport.

You cannot put on your meteras soon as you arrive. You have to wait 5 minutes as per MT T&Cs.
And you would be willing to pay the €3 parking then. Or cancel and lose €1.50/€3.00 and accept €5 for your 30 minutes.

If other companies are legally charging the parking fees why won’t MyTaxi allow drivers to charge it.

The only way you'd be justified charging fees would be if you agreed to pick someone up at 3.30 and they didn't turn up until 3.55.Any company/driver sticking on charges before the job has been despatched would be operating illegally.

Has anyone found a spot where you can get virtually ranked for free?I'm starting to think the DAA asked them to set this up.On a quiet day there can be loadsa limos and taxis circling the airport causing extra traffic.Plus they benefit form the parking fees.

So why do they have the timer there?
If you’ve looked up their t&cs you will have also found that there is no mention of car parking fees.

Also if you’ve looked up their t&cs and the 5 minute waiting time isn’t there make it public so all the drivers can then not wait 5 minutes

How can UBER, NRC, LYNK, CAB2000, XPERT and all other cab companies charge the illegal parking fees but MyTaxi just say drivers can’t. Nothing about it being illegal or anything as the others all do it. 
It’s kinda like the 5 minutes waiting time then ist it. If it’s not written anywhere we can do whatever we want

mytaxi WILL sack you if you charge the client... that doesn't make it illegal, just against mytaxi's rules. Do they even allow you a credit for the commission on the parking fee you pay out of your own pocket?
