The oldies that we all watched 20 or 30 or 40 years back are always well worth another watch.

Beverley hills cop: Axel F (on Netflix).

Truely nostalgic film 40 years on from the original with the same old cast and songs, the usual rubbish storyline as obviously the goodies win in the end, but it made me feel like I was 19 all over again !

P.S. (Eddie Murphy looks very well fer a 63 year old).

Not quite complusive Viewing but rather Compulsive Listening on RTE's documentary channel.

Last Saturdays news was about Samantha Cookes arrest in Kerry;

"A woman accused of defrauding the Department of Social Protection of almost €60,000 has been remanded in custody at a hearing in Tralee District Court.
Samantha Cookes, of no fixed abode, was arrested outside of Tralee post office on Friday when she was due to collect a weekly disability allowance worth €232."

All of the above seems to be major boring, But it's not !

It started great but descended in to the usual farce very quickly.

RTE documentaries did a special on this same woman above in June of this year.

https://www.rte.ie/radio/podcasts/22415222-bonus-breaking-irish-gardai-arrest-samantha-coo/

I listened to it after seeing the news yesterday. It is Audio only, no Video.
It starts with a 3 minute Audio trailer to see if the listener is interested in the true story or is indeed capable of understanding it. After that there is 6 x approx 35 minute Audio episodes.

Fer myself as a usual Video Netflix fan, this mostly based in Ireland audio documentary is both harrowing and eye-opening to me and most definately Compulsive after the first episode. It puts the Netflix hit "Baby Reindeer" to shame !

PS. The end of episode 2 is a tad disturbing.
