You're better off if you don't like being told what to do and what not to do. We had some latitude with the Irish dispatch firms but those of us who work for Free Now are under no illusion. You obey the rules or you will be suspended or sacked.

Obeying the Rules means keeping a decent clean car and be respectable in appearance.
And Don't 'Act The Maggot' !

Hardly too much to ask of a Licenced PSV driver ?

Ken your missing the point .of course most drivers would say it's right that you have a clean car etc the point is we are not school children .we do not need to be told by Kelly Kearns Ebbs etc that we should keep our cars clean .it's the very essents of professionalism, but we don't need these people to tell us to do it

But Ken is exempt because he's an ambassador and brings in them Donut's.

You always speak so highly of can ,2000000ⁿ00ⁿ why don't you go back to them if the are so great ????

He doesn't employ part-timers (AFAIK)... all full time professional (i.e. Irish by accident of birth) bar one or two tokens. Fortunately, I don't often work more than 20 hours/week and my average weekly hours is well under 20... so my freight with Free Now averages out at less than €63/week.
"Irish by accident of birth" you say that a lot what does it mean ? some kind of a mantra ?

Fer myself I always keep my cab spotless and I dress approatiately Shirt, Pants, Boots.
I'm sure we have all seen the condition of some cabs and some drivers, un-shaven, dirty looking, abmisal dress, filthy cabs.

Super Ken, I have always said it takes same amount of time to do it right as it does to do it wrong.

Your obviously a carer in what you do, nothing wrong with that, fair play.

I think it's only the FN ambassadors that have to keep their cars clean, Ken. However, we have all been threatened with sacking if we try to recoup parking fees incurred ins collecting Free Now's clients... previously we had to give discounts of up to 33% and I think MfH was suspended for stealing Priority status or something like that. Free Now gives out mixed messages as far as dress goes... they have instructed drivers who serve their "business" clients to dress appropriately yet they supply hooded tracksuits to the FN ambassadors.
