Stress is the big killer thing about it is you dont know you have it .Todays generation wont live as long as this one .From the day they are born they question who or what they are .FB socialmedia they are born into a virtual existance that runs parrall with the real one.Gender fluid gender neutral wait till they discover its all bollox and start comitting suicide because they cant cope with reality .The amount of kids hiding behind False lips and rubber Diddies and fellas painting themselves in tattoos thinking they are some how creating an image of self that feel better with only to realise that was only a fleeting moment and no longer fulfills their need .Body morfing is as big a problem as drug addiction and just as lethal .

My appendix burst yrs ago, and I was told this in bold terms by a young Dr who had a personable manner..........as soon as human hands touch the bowel there's a sizeable risk of complications. I remember it because he stopped me on the way out of the ward. Every man over 40 needs his PSA done annually....hormones in the milk, meat, vegan sausages etc.
