In fairness John,when did any politician...only when they're in opposition....give a flyin fuk about the country....there's no long term strategy or real commitment because the chances of them being around to claim the plaudits or recognition is probably zilch,that's why we have zero long term planning,the amount of projects that get rolled out to great fanfare only to be shelved by the next government.

Hal the job we do we see more than most People living in tents in the Phoeno along the canal in the park in Clondalkin and Tallaght .Irish media is complicit not any big expose about any of this .Wait till the Childrens hospital is finished and furnished 5 billion or more then staff it if you can find staff .As you say this crowd wont be around when that turkey comes home to roost .If France and the UK go ahead with the 2% digital tax they willforce us to introduce it then lets see how long the Google Ghetto remains in Ireland .They will move their intelectual property rights out of here and our tax base will collapse unless the government increae tax on work ,property or investments .

I'd be very disopointed if John changed the nature of his posts because someone took offence the rat will probably hand me arsr on a plate for saying it, but Johns posts are usually very entertaining

Our approach to administration/moderation is a largely dictatorial one. There isn't much moderation but when there is it's not generally open to debate. Decisions are made impartially, actions are taken or not as the case may be and life moves on.
