2 of my 3 tenners gone now. Only Aspinall in the semis and he's going to run into the Dutchman. Humphries threw fantastic darts, he ought to progress as a youngster learning his trade... although I can't for the life of me understand why he persevered through most of the match with a damaged stem - there must be a good reason - they cost about 3p and take 4 seconds to change. Anywaysanall he was unlucky to run into Wright throwing out of his skin... but will he (Wright) bottle it against Van Gerwen if he gets past Price? Dobey was disappointing after beating Sherrock with a 100+ average. Durrant was nothing special, 96 average that he always throws and probably always will, shame.

As I said to you Wright is a bottler .Its the Dutchmans to lose he terrifies the rest of them before they take their darts out of their pockets .

He doesn't terrify the Welshman anymore but if Wright keeps throwing the way he's thrown the last 2 games (well, the first 3 sets and 2 legs of the penultimate one) he mightn't get to the final. I agree, Wright has been in the driving seat several times against Van Gerwen in finals and has always bottled... to date!

However, all would have agreed that Anderson was born to be beaten by Taylor until he beat him in that Players Championship semi-final and went on to win the next two WC titles...

Still, it'd be great if Labanauskas beat van Gerwen tonight - match betting has the Dutchman at 1/20, even I couldn't be arsed watching it. That'd open it right up!
