Is he liked in Labour circles...they need a new face,Kelly opened his gob once too often when they were in govt and wasn't too shy about his disappointment losing out to the small one.....i think O Riordan would be more popular....amongst themselves!!

Sean "no shit" Sherlock?

The second item on the agenda should be to bring the Soc Dems back into the fold.

I would feel betrayed if that happened to be honest. I voted for a SocDem candidate. Previously he was an independent candidate. If he was Labour he wouldn’t have even got a transfer off of me.

I know. But then again, I would hope that this person had better scruples than that to go into Labour. I would hope he would go back independent

It'd be new though and it'd reunite the old party. Both transferred better to the Greens than to each other at this election, that doesn't suit either.

I just hope we all have to wear dreary grey overalls...and 1984 be the only movie shown 24/7.

Sean Sherlock ruled himself out. Soc Dem a more Euro friendly party title. 2 leaders in SDs, and Labour not fond of arguably their most talented and energetic TD notwithstanding my door stickers. The left badly needs to defragment.
