Daly there's no vaccine.No point in the government pretending we're not going to be like Italy.Some old and sick people are gonna die over this.By scaring the public into staying in and washing their hands they might get to kill it off.I'm optimistic that I won't be dying form it.But if the city gets shut down it's gonna get bad for us.

The govt could have got in front of this by making tough and drastic decisions re people coming in from Italy.....big business won out but their short sightedness might kill a lot of those same business's,people will inevitably stop going out and that will kickstart a recession.....welcome to the new normal!!

No matter what it means ,it can,and will be beaten if we follow the guidelines as laid down by the HSE.I hate to see people worried by this,and God knows I have more reason to worry about it then most,but I wont let it beat me. Takes at least a year for them to test the vaccine daily ...according to doctor specialising  in infectious diseases on the radio

Yes I know that,but we can contain it if we do what is suggested by the HSE.it involves EVERYONE playing their part.it is a virus that is only a step up from the flu.I hate to see people worrying ,life is hard enough

The possible projections say that 1.9 million people on this island will contract the virus.Us gobshites will probably get it five or six times.No point worrying as you're more likely to die from something else.I don't think any lads on here are worried except maybe the renters.500 a week plus 200 commission is a hard mountain to climb.If we could last through the previous downturn we will be ok.
