Problem with this is,although the vast majority of us adhere to the recommendations from the HSE,when it becomes public knowledge that these drivers were caught doing this,we will all be tared with the one brush in the eyes of the public.I hope the guards ARE taking notes and passing it on to revenue,but I ALSO hope they are noting the fact that most drivers are NOT using their roof sign,and are therefore not working

Gardai know in all jobs ,there are rogues including in the Garda Siochana,Maybe a little more rogues in our job ,but lots of genuine drivers out there.

Excuse me!!!! "vociferous stay the fuck home campaigners"  .And whats your opinion Professor??.Go work and spread the virus?.I'd love to be out working and making money in which I badly need, but theres not a distance between me and the passenger.And as far as drivers working and claiming an Emergency payment its DISCUSTING fullstop.Oh and Ive changed my insurance to social and domestic and put plate in the shed ,signed a declaration to insurance company.So im now saving nearly €50 on not having public liability plus €350 from the Government in which im grateful for.

It wont let me put my badge number in and my email address is coming up as invalid even though I got an email off them, a few actually, during the week.
