Im thinking of joining TTNH,but I haven't heard them raise any issues in an awful long time.I do respect what they want achieve,but I wish they were a little more forceful.in trying to get enforcement of the rules

Well no matter what you say,they made it crystal clear to me that THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH YOU CAN CLAIM THE 350-IF YOUR WORKING. I drew their attention to their own publication as quoted above,and they simply said it is being misinterpreted

only if you are on job seekers allowance and you can prove that your only working 3 or less days a week.

Incredible. One minute you're complaining about criminals driving cabs, now you respect TTNH for promoting and protecting taxi drivers dealing drugs?
