Most recent update on the newsfeed is they are still blaming some unknown 3rd party.
But at least we will get last weeks wages + Bobo a day early.

Free Now Response to Tralee Taxi Associations request for them to suspend account work untill payment issue is resolved

Hi Terry

Thanks for your email. And apologies for the delay in response (I am currently out of office with only intermittent access to email).

Yes, we were made aware of some delays regarding driver payments last week. The third-party company that manages this on our behalf has informed us that the issue, which was due to a technical problem on their side is being resolved. They began payment processing over the weekend, however we understand that this has not yet gone through to every driver.  We appreciate this puts drivers in a difficult situation and so in parallel, we have put in place a contingency plan internally to ensure that drivers are paid as soon as possible, regardless and by tomorrow at the latest. This will include the 20% top up bonus we implemented over the weekend as a goodwill gesture to drivers. We thank drivers for their patience while this is resolved. Needless to say, we are changing the third party provider immediately as this delay is totally unacceptable.

Kind regards

Alan

I'd say as a whole they owe more than a few grand.....has anyone heard if this is just an Ireland only problem or have other countries in which they operate been affected also?

I can certainly remember a time when I lived from wage to wage albeit 40 years ago, I'm sure there are plenty of Taxi drivers with high mortgages/loans/kids who do so today.

If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.

You missed one Stephen, you never start a sentence with "And".

No, one doesn't, and I'm sure that Stephen never starts a sentence with a conjunction. He does start a lot of other things however.
Trump has called for help, so I'm on a plane heading for The Strait of Hormuz, talk soon.

Correct, Ken. So much illiteracy and so little time! I remember the days when such standards of literacy - or, more appropriately, lack thereof - 'wouldn't of' got a bloke a job flipping burgers.
