These shocking pictures show a train headed from Dublin to Belfast heaving with people in the aisles drinking with no social distancing this morning.
Social distancing was all but impossible as the oversold Translink train left Connolly Station at 11:20.
A passenger on the train told Dublin Live there were 16 people all either sitting on the ground or standing near the doors as the train set off for the North.
That number swelled further after a stop in Dundalk on the way saw people have to take to the aisles between the already-full seats.
"People are so close people are having to touch," the source said.
"Three strangers having to physically touch for two and a half hours, for the nice sum of €40 per ticket."
The passenger also said there were "no staff walking through" - possibly due to the overcrowded nature of the carriage - therefore meaning there was "no effort move people through".
They also said there were "quite a few not wearing masks" and a group drinking alcohol, saying that the scenes were worse than the infamous Berlin D2 scenes witnessed in the Dame Street restaurant.
"Lots of drinking alcohol, which I don't mind, but drinking equals not wearing masks," they continued.
"In my opinion, the drinking and lack of social distancing etiquette is worse on this train than the Berliner bar in Dublin that got all that crap."
Dublin Live have contacted Translink and Irish Rail for comment.
