You can buy smart lightbulbs now.  I'm not 100% sure how they work but I think you can turn your lights on/off with an app on your phone... instead of walking 5 feet to the lightswitch on the wall.  People pay €100's to put 'smart' doorbells/cameras on their front door so they don't have to walk to the door and open it.  The mind boggles at the lengths people go to to avoid doing any work. 

The driving force behind the taxi industry are the passengers who pay the money.  FN might be nothing without us but we'd be nothing without people giving us money.

why doesnt some big taxi firm set one up and charge 10% and leave it at 10%.

Surely it cant be that difficult to set up an app by the drivers,for the drivers ? II often wondered why there was no call to ask to set up a transparent government sponsored app,if drivers MUST have an app

I wonder how far free now could push it with the percentage commission they charge drivers, before the drivers pulled the plug?

Trouble with taxi drivers is ,they protest for 5 minutes,and go back to work.if you engage in protest action,then you have to be prepared to stick it out to the death

I remember the drivers going mad about the increase to 15%. I wonder how many of them quit the app after the increase.
