The future of the game is app,and cashless is what you say.that is only the case if you have willing participants if you have drivers NOT prepared to accept card,if you have drivers NOT prepared to use apps,do you seriously think people will stop using taxis ? No they wont .they will just have to get up off their big lazy asses and cone out and hail one.not only that, but the work will be plentiful as well ,no commision, and they will have a much greater appreciation of us like they used to on Friday, and Saturday nights

Your just not prepared to concede I might be right.the driving force behind this industry is the drivers literally right ? Now if the driving force behind this industry, are not prepared to play ball, then it shuts its doors right ? So if you are the driving force behind the industry, and you pull the plug, nothing moves right ? So why the fukk would you give over that power ti a bunch of fukin crooks who can do fukk all unless you play ball.but the drivers,in some in some cases, are afraid of their shite to say anything about these cunts.talk about the tail wagging the dog....

Dollymount I have decided that I wont call you Dollymount any more .From now on you will be called CANUTE  ...The story of King Canute and the tide is an apocryphal anecdote illustrating the piety or humility of King Canute the Great, recorded in the 12th century by Henry of Huntingdon.

In the story, Canute demonstrates to his flattering courtiers that he has no control over the elements (the incoming tide), explaining that secular power is vain compared to the supreme power of God. The episode is frequently alluded to in contexts where the futility of "trying to stop the tide" of an inexorable event is pointed out, but usually misrepresenting Canute as believing he had supernatural powers, .

You can buy smart lightbulbs now.  I'm not 100% sure how they work but I think you can turn your lights on/off with an app on your phone... instead of walking 5 feet to the lightswitch on the wall.  People pay €100's to put 'smart' doorbells/cameras on their front door so they don't have to walk to the door and open it.  The mind boggles at the lengths people go to to avoid doing any work.

The driving force behind the taxi industry are the passengers who pay the money.  FN might be nothing without us but we'd be nothing without people giving us money.

Thats true watty, but people will always need yaxis ,but drivers dont need dispatchers, and thats the difference.what pisses me off about this is,the drivers hold all the aces, yet they give that controk to a bunch of scumbags who treat them like their employees

Free now like any company is dangerous with a full hold on any business
Uber or any other app irrelevant here they all use fn
We have to break the reliance on it by switching it off or setting up another app

people are lazy and want an app, but a taxi friendly app would be a better alternative to free now or uber.

Usual nonesense from you. How many times have you told us recently, that you have gone to work only to get nothing, while most of us working are getting by?

Surely it cant be that difficult to set up an app by the drivers, for the drivers ? II often wondered why there was no call to ask to set up a transparent government sponsored app,if drivers MUST have an app

I wonder how far free now could push it with the percentage commission they charge drivers, before the drivers pulled the plug?

Trouble with taxi drivers is ,they protest for 5 minutes, and go back to work.if you engage in protest action, then you have to be prepared to stick it out to the death

I remember the drivers going mad about the increase to 15%. I wonder how many of them quit the app after the increase.
