Did you try the corolla one Hal..you need to press a trigger to go into drive then you pull it back all the way to the second last position to go into reverse.Completly awkward amd not intuitive like the Prius...or maybe I missed something.

My Niece..in law...has a 201 Touring Sport(black),had a spin in it when she got it,lovely to drive but the shifter is a bit cumbersome.

Fucking Headlight Bulbs .The other one went .Just noticed how many cars driving around with Dodgey Headlights must be about 10+% one dim bulb or not working at all .When yours is out you seen to notice others .Screws to remove the light cluster were rusted in probably never removed so bulbs lasting 7 years .

Quality electrical systems and French/Italian cars were never synonymous.

was drivin my yoke today. i'm totally new to autos. i thought you'd havta keep the big size 13 pressed against the brake pedal or keep lashin the shifter inta park when you're stopped in traffic. turns out there's a little hold button beside you. give it a press and it'll anchor the car every time when you come to a stop while still in drive and you can take your runner off the brake pedal. press the juice and it'll automatically disengage and the fuckin car will smoothly fly forward. deadly bollocks. i keep the button on permanently. don't know why you'd ever havta turn it off.

Ah ok, so you don't have to reef it back towards ya all the way to engage drive. That makes more sense.I was on me own on the test drive so couldn't figure it out.
