..... I successfully opted out no problem .......

Judging by your recent posts I wouldnt say No Problem.... but what ever !

Go into the app and go to live talk or message .Send them a note that you do not want their Business account ,Do not click on it or activate the card .Tell them you want them to leave your old settings ......
......Look at the fuckology I told them I dont want their Business account they confirm I told them but still want me to tell them to fuck off with another E Mail .

Ken some kid is probably getting a 20p bonus for every person they convince to take the card .Check out Revolute and see if you would want them to be your bank of choice or hold your Crypto funds .They have left Ireland and gotten a Latvian Banking License .Do any of these card issuers actually have any Money lodged as Security .

I see the money sitting in the business account. not sure what to do now. do i send it to my bank account myself or get sumup to send it to my bank account? it says i have 3 steps of the 4 to complete to set up the account. the other is to download the app.
id say i will leave them not just on principle for pissing me off about this card.
It will be intresting to see how you get on Italia 90 if you stick it out with them and IF the fees really are 0% ?

The card itself is not a bad thing handy as a business account .My issue is the snyde way they roped people in .Im sure there are businesses all over the place wondering where their takings are .Not all business will be aware like we were that they were hijacking your money .Imagine if you miss a payment that you are on a final warning with or one missed payment triggers court action and your funds have been held on a card you never ordered .How many people wont trigger the card because they think its bogey and wont want to enter their other card numbers to transfer THEIR MONEY .

No idea, I don't use revolt or any of the others, except my own bank and card, it works just fine fer me.
I would guess that I make a lot more in FN Bobo than all of yiz together save on banking fees per year.

PS. Did I mention that I just need 1 more FN week on 70 job Gold fer me €200 Circle K fuel voucher ?

I'm sure there's some sort of financial regulatory office yous can  complain to about this.Sumup have an office on Harcourt street according to their website so you can make their life a bit tougher if you're really pissed off.

I reckon after the mandatory card acceptance came in they got overwhelmed by all the extra work. They've sent me multiple emails lately telling me that my payments are gonna be late. The bank transfers must be either expensive or too time consuming.

Complain about what ?
Being sent an email with an opt out option ?
1 day late payments (as explained) due to various bank holidays in different countries ?

I did a test payment on sum up and sent a receipt to my email address to see what information the customer gets.
It shows business as Taxi. Location as my home address. It even shows my eircode.

Belker they're restricting their customer's options by not informing them properly. Something like this should be an opt-in rather than an opt-out. Reminds me a lot of the tracker mortgage scandal although not quite as serious.

An email isn't sufficient notice.

By the way, I already posted that Sumup has my old address because when I tried to change it I needed to upload a load of documents which I didn't have at the time. So had I not opted out in time the Sumup MasterCard would be in someone else possession and potentially available for fraudulent use.

I'd say the Central Bank might have something to say about this.Sumup fukked up and won't admit it.

Yeah I did that years ago and my old gaff comes up which means the passengers can put the address in Google streetview and see yer gaff. It's a bit weird considering some if the nut jobs we drive around.

There hasn't been a bit of a barney around here in ages. Was getting a bit boring tbh. Nice one lads!

Also if anyone is looking for an alternative to sumup I use cabapp and have not had any problems yet.
Would you ever Fook off with that dinosaur cab-app yoke, astronomical fees and needs to be charged every few days !
Bollocks on that !!

Astronomical fees? Jasus you're one hungry cnut Ken. It's 2.67 poxy per cent.  Or 2 euros 67 cent per 100 euro ya greedy bastid.  I wouldn't mind but 9 times out of 10 the customer gives a tip on top which covers the fee ya selfish bollox!
