That Avensis D4D broke me back and wallet. The list is exhausting of experts and parts and cleaners.Biggest expense was refurb injectors.Imagine every winter night having to spray quick start into air filter and jumping into the car to start it. Toyota expert admitted that they did not know the fault,so could not fix it. Should have scrapped the heap and saved the stress…….

DIPETANE is all A LOADA BOLLOCKS
You could be right. Been told to use Dipetane to clear EGR check engine light in prius. Hasnt worked. Also used Cataclean from Halfords. The light still there. Have to escalate now

I tried that and everything else DMG, nothing worked fer more than a few weeks before the DPF light came back up on the dash again.

ok. I hear the AdBlue causes similar issues and are also ripped out as soon as they do.

You can have my OBD-II reader and simply clear the codes.

there are obd tools that show you the live soot amount in grams present in the dpf. bring your car for a blast on the motorway and watch the amount lower in live time.

What are you doing with Dipetane when you're driving a Corolla hybrid?
