Ramadan just started which should mess with immigrants work schedule a bit. We should see a few tourists coming in early that couldn't afford to be here next week.Havent worked much in the last week myself.Very easy to lose interest when it goes dead.

When it's quiet I tend to jump at anything. Jobs I'd normally pass on. In the last week I've picked up four travellers at the darnJail Hilton, did a JWT ending up at the Carton halting site in Ballymun. I expected them to walk away then realised it was on card through FN and I was paid 50 Euro.

On Mother's Day I picked up at the same site going to Santry (Young mother and babby). I was paid €12 cash.

Last night I picked up at Greencastle Avenue in Bonnybrook, ( the large caravan in the garden should have been an omen).
A woman going to Holywell Drive in Swords. I was paid €23.60 in shrapnel.

You'd like to tar them all with the same brush...

Before the apps I used to get all sorts in the car.Most people are sound though.Ya certainly do get less fussy when it's quiet.

I always see the pensioners picking up the addicts around town that I drive past.I don't know if they think there's more cash from them or if thier eyesight is fecked and they don't realise until it's too late.

I don't let them in anymore as they bring too much unnecessary bollox into the taxi.You'd be wrecked after listening to them for a few minutes.
