I'm not giving out about the app or co-op. On the contrary they've done a great job with that.

Please Explain .Done well in recruiting drivers @300 a pop to buy a share in what ? Last report was they covered 36,00 jobs since conception' .Uber probably do that on a Friday .In Ireland .

How do you define done a great Job ?

Do you not believe me wen I tell you its my biggest earner since I joined over a month ago ?

On average how many jobs a week do you cover for Tap .Im not saying it has no work but not enough to commant loyalty from users .Its at best an addon another app to compete with the other 4 your running .

Im not taps pr manager ....... taps only hurdle is not being able to cover the the work ... the work for tap is surging ... ...  for a a small investment you have the chance to take back your business from corporate america .... the evidence I see is overwhelmingly that passangers are crying out forthe alternative .....
Either join up or miss the opportunity....
Wats the  point in us on here for  years giving out about  uber and fn an then kicking the bollix out of a driver app before its even been given a chance ...... madness

"On average how many jobs a week do you cover for Tap"
I answered that for you in another location, and believe that it's excellent for two months, my answer would align with Octy's, and I can see that at last, in the face of the evidence you are modifying your position. The biggest danger to any attempt at resistance is "the split", but it's worth chipping in the aforementioned small contributions to give it a decent try at least until the AGM.

I have not changed my opinion I will Never Join Simple .I dont believe it will succeed in its present quise .It will be Selling Bottles of Smoke telling Members we need to do fixed fares to compete .

I dunno John…it's not that difficult. I don't think you'd be dumping the other apps immediately after signing up to Tapataxi.Run them all together and take the jobs that pay the best.At the moment if I was signed up I'd be cancelling/rejecting jobs in favour of Tapataxi with the hope of making it into your main earner.

Doesn't have to happen overnight.None of our existing apps became successful immediately.

Earlier I posted 1400 sign ups on their website and now it's 1600.

There's ~10,000 drivers in Dublin so 1,400-1,600 is a big achievement after a month or two, esp given the buy-in.  They're probably bigger than Bolt in terms of drivers now?  How many drivers would the Irish apps like Lynk have?

On the flip side though, like the Irish Times article recently pointed out, it might persuade the taxi dispatcher review that no intervention is needed because 'the competition' is sorting itself out?

'One step forward, two steps back' perhaps?

When the Co Op is ratified, it will be a stand alone legal entity . There is no onus on members to join any particular association. The ICOS move at their speed .

That adequately addresses my, albeit minor, concerns.
If it doesn't have a roof sign and door stickers it's not a taxi.

My cousin has removed all TAT advertising from his vehicle in protest that he strongly believes that work is being stitched up, a sentiment felt by a lot of other drivers in an online social media platform.

Has anyone heard similar?
When you state above; "a sentiment felt by a lot of other drivers in an online social media platform".

Could you please post a link to that online social media platform ?
