The figures there don't make a huge amount of sense but he said "hybrid electric" not electric and sets a target of 20% of the fleet by September, no sure what year. Between those registered to Intercity and Net Global the fleet numbers c.180, of those c.70 are hybrid electric (Prius) and c.70 are WA (most likely diesel).... so he's well over 20% hybrid electric but quite short of 250.
I guess it's quite possible that he's referring to Lynk's fleet as a whole. We can't check that as most would be owner driven and, as such, not identifiable as being part of Lynk/Intercity/Net Global within our database.
