We’re very sorry to inform you that there was an issue processing Driver payments last night. We submitted payments as usual on Thursday 19th April but unfortunately there was an error by our banking partner Bank of Ireland which resulted in payments not processing to Driver accounts.
Since early this morning we have been working with Bank of Ireland to resolve the issue and have made an urgent Payment from our account to all Drivers. This means you will receive your weekly payment one working day later than usual based on which bank you are with.
We realise this is not acceptable and would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience that this will cause you. A full investigation is being made into the cause of the error to ensure it does not happen in the future.
