"All the way" isin't really that far anymore John M, both England and Belgium would arguably be outsiders against the likes of Spain, Germany, Portugal, Argentina, Holland or Italy, but all those teams are already gone, that's 6 of the top 8 teams in the world missing from the final line up, only France and Brazil left to seriousley contend with.
