When I chose my groups i went with safety first as in trying to give myself the best chance of reaching the finalEngland and Belgium were well positioned as they had what looked like on paper an easier route to the last eight .If Belgium dont flatter to decieve they are real contenders .England will come under pressure from the Sun and the Mirror the better they do.The Daily Mail will probably pick on their Black Players or Boris Johnston will claim winning the World Cup proves being British is being  Best and go for a Hard Brexit .

I reckon a 'Rag' will win this competition, neither Brazil nor France have really 'Lit up' the world stage.

I think that if'n Uruguay can overcome France than they could indeed go 'All the way'.
But I would hate to see that Fookin cannibal Suarez get a world cup winners medal.

@ John M and Rats, a Sporting bet if'n yiz interested fer a Nifty;

A. Brazil (90 mins only), with No Red or Yellow cards shown to either team
at any time.

B. Mexico to win in 90 mins, (Injury time included in 90 mins) or Either team to
win in Extra time or a Penalty shoot-out, or either team to receive any
card at all, 'Red or Yellow' at any time.

Take your Pick ?  Fer a Nifty Fifty !

Not for me. I'm not a soccer fan... but I read that even my winning team (Croatia) was robbed yesterday. Apparently they should have won on foot of a penalty during play. By all accounts Peter Schmeichel's young lad is a cheating cunt and the referee was corrupt as fuck.
